Description: Our client is seeking a Business Process Manager (BA, BSA, BPM, or Six Sigma) to perform highly advanced analysis, design, and administration of complex investment information systems. Work involves determining requirements and planning, designing, implementing, and administering automated investment information and reporting systems to meet business user needs; compiling, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting on investment processes and related financial data as well as consulting with Investments and Management on information and reporting needs.
Specific Functions:
- Plan, implement, document, and test solutions
- Review and evaluate development efforts in relation to business systems requirements
- Be responsible for business process Management (BPM) and process evaluation / improvement
- Map functional business processes for an investment division
- Evaluate areas for improvement (this may or may not be technical solutions - may be more process oriented)
- Analyze proposed solutions in terms of process and/or technology requirements and capabilities
- Analyze, review, and revise solutions to increase operating efficiency or implement new procedures
- Provide technical knowledge and assistance in matters related to development activities
- Prepare detailed analyses
- Plan, diagram, and verify procedures for existing and proposed solutions
- Perform related work as assigned

- Business Process Management (BPM) Certification
Qualifications include 7+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Ability to document workflow diagrams (flowcharts and Visio) at a summary and detailed level
- Ability to document processes effectively
- Ability to effectively gather business requirements
- Ability to effectively articulate both positive and negative information professionally, clearly, and concisely
- Ability to communicate and present information in an informative manner easy for others to understand
- Ability to articulate business needs into technological requirements

- Ability to work independently with little to no direction
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
