Description: As the Business Analyst, you must work closely with the user community acting as a functional system analyst working to provide Business process solutions within the parameters of the software applications, and offer end user support and training.
Responsibilities include:
- Analysis of Business issues, Business processes, and data challenges of the company's organization and industry
- Review and edit requirements and specifications and make recommendations related to proposed solutions
- Develop functional and system design specifications
- Makes technical recommendations, lead testing efforts, ensure timely resolution of issues, identify required changes, and communicate to development team
- Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules, communicate and apply standards, and manage resources
- Understand the components of running a fiscally successful project and deliver high-quality services to end users

Requirements: The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
- 5-7 years of JDE Enterprise One Distribution and Logistics configuration and implementation
- 2-5 years of Business Analytics with JDE Software
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good communication, teamwork, leadership and client management skills
- Technical understanding of application programming, database and system design, Internet, Intranet, Extranet, and client/server architectures
- Limited travel required
- Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder to be considered for this position
