Description: Kforce is seeking a seasoned professional with expert knowledge of a specialty and regarded internally and/or externally as a subject matter expert.
Functions:
- Utilize your understanding of SOA and Interface Design using Web Services, SOAP Services, and REST
- Understanding of Message based integration paradigm (Point to Point, pub sub, and request-response notification
- Expert knowledge of XML, XSL, and XML based data structure and data interchange
- Detailed knowledge and experience of designing XML interfaces using XSD and WSDL
- Strong experience of Data Modeling using XML Schema and XML Data elements
- Application development experience using Java, J2EE, XML, and integration platforms (SOAP, MQ, and Web Services)
- Knowledge of Data Modeling techniques, patterns, and best practices
- Experience of Data element design, maintenance, and documentation of data models
- Ability to work with SMEs from different expert domains to understand business / data models and incorporate them in an XML Vocabulary

Requirements: Java / XML Development Qualifications:
- Application development experience using Java, J2EE, XML, and integration platforms
- Experience or understanding of various telecom domains like provisioning, Ordering, Customer Care, Billing, Mediation, etc.
- Experience of application design using Databases (Oracle), SQL, and PL/SQL
- Strong communication skills and technical documentation skills
- Seasoned professional willing to take responsibility and be able to deliver in a quick paced environment
