Description: Our client is seeking a IB Test Lead. The EIS/SOA Certification Test Team is responsible for quality assurance testing and support of enterprise application collaborations across disparate platforms. Within EIS/SOA, the Certification Test Team bears primary responsibility for all aspects of QA within enterprise integration projects involving operational IT systems. These systems are used within all facets of include, the electronic care delivery system, and within the Health Plan and Business Infrastructure Business units. The Certification Testers who make up this group analyze the integration requirements, message structures, and data processing needs in order to develop the test cases, test scripts, and sample data. Our team applies industry best practices to ensure a quality solution is delivered to Production. The IB Test Lead is a seasoned QA tester, primarily responsible for testing, writing test cases, building test data, and troubleshooting defects. This individual will leverage their knowledge of industry best practices and Client infrastructure to streamline testing and determine appropriate positive and negative test cases and desired results. As needed, this individual may assist developers with troubleshooting and be called upon to assist other testers on critical deliverables. In this position you will support and perform a wide range of technical activities in support of Client message oriented middleware (i.e. MQ-based solutions). These systems include IBM Message Broker v6.1, WebSphere Message Broker and Mainframe MQ programs.
As an IB Test Lead, you will be required to
- Perform Certification (QA) testing for MQ-based HL7 middleware solutions
- Communicate effectively with the Development Leads, internal managers, Business, project management and other IT teams to review project documentation and determine testing needs

Requirements: The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on of experience in functional, system or integration testing
- Proficient in testing MQ-oriented middleware solutions
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills in testing, development and automation
- Ability to decompose documents to create test cases and scenarios for complex integrations
- Highly skilled in writing test documentation (plans, test cases, status report), executing test cases and identifying defects
- Experience with testing tools (ex. Mercury Quality Center)
- Black or white box testing experience
- Ensure Compliance with established methodologies
- Strong communications/interpersonal/ organizational skills are a must
- Self motivated, self-directed and independent thinking yet team player
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with technical and business partners
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another technical field
