| Description: A large company located in Burbank is currently seeking a Healthcare Accounting Analyst. You will be mainly responsible in maintaining the Cost Accounting system which requires a lot of maintenance.
The candidate will also assist with the budgeting, labor productivity (internal and external), product line financial reports, proposing new service or expansion of existing services, long rage financial planning, and demographic analysis. The selected candidate will work closely with the Accounting, Finance, Strategic, Operations, and IT Departments.

| Requirements: A strong accounting and finance background is required along with advanced Excel skills (Microsoft Certification in Excel is a huge plus, but not a requirement). Access and PowerPoint are necessary to be successful in the position. EPSI, Lawson, and Meditech are required. A cost accounting background is a huge plus, specifically related to RVUs (Relative Value Units). A healthcare background is strongly preferred (knowledge on how hospitals operate and hospital terminology). The candidate should be able to have advanced Excel skills, as well as Access and PowerPoint which will allow him/her to gather, create, and manipulate data as required.
