| Description: Boutique real estate investment company seeking a CPA with partnership accounting, real estate and consolidations experience to report on and manage a private real estate investment fund. This position will be responsible for reviewing the work performed by fund accountants and utilizing that information to prepare cash flow models, summary of investments and dispositions and other fund management reports. Additionally, this position will work directly with investors preparing investor correspondence, capital call letters, quarterly and annual reports. The Fund Reporting Manager will present fund financials and performance metrics in meetings with C level management and in monthly and quarterly meetings.

| Requirements: CPA and 6+ years of private equity or real estate fund accounting required. Public accounting experience is preferred. Applicants must have strong knowledge of partnership accounting, equity accounting for investments and consolidations required. Experience in investor reporting a plus. Qualified candidate MUST have excellent writing and verbal communication skills to perform presentations and write detailed reports.
