| Description: The CM Engineer is responsible for providing many functions for the organization including workflow management, source code repository, versioning / branching capabilities, code analysis, unit testing and build automation. This position should be able to assist in managing the current CM capabilities across products. In addition it is expected that this position be able to roll-out additional CM capabilities using TFS and aid in expanding the tool's use to other parts of the organization.
This position should be able to understand the tools and configuration required to support hosted applications. Deploying new code to test, stage and production environments will be a primary role this position will fill across hosted products. These applications are web-based and run off of a SQL server backend. Previous experience building or supporting web applications is recommended. A solid understanding of IIS, SQL server 2005/2008, and Windows OS is required. This position should be able to assist in the maintenance and support of the hosted application infrastructure that supports Enterprise Solutions. Experience in networking is ideal, but not required for this position. This position is also required to assist with tier 2 support of hosted enterprise solutions products. There are currently 4 products with a required 99.99% uptime 24x7x365. Due to the high availability requirements, this position will be required to be on-call for a week each month should an urgent issue come up.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field is required
- A minimum of 4+ years of related work experience is required
- Ideally previous experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Deploy database and web application changes to test, stage and production environments
- Assist in the administration and support of test, stage, demo and production environments
- Provide Tier 2 support for application issues that occur in production
- Software Configuration Management experience
- Ability to be on-call one week a month in a 24x7 environment
- Ability to work in a department with tight deadlines driven by customer service goals and service agreements
