| Description: Join our client's team as a Systems QA Analyst to support internal applications development. The focus for this position is QTP. This person will be responsible for creation, preparation, and conduct of quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. The candidate will perform manual (and ultimately automated) testing, which will include system and regression testing, front-end and back-end testing. The Analyst uses knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving complex test problems. The candidate will participate in planning and directing quality assurance schedules and assignments, and monitoring project status in comparison to cost/time projections. This role also logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects, and documents all phases of QA process.

Requirements: The candidate will have 8+ years of QA testing experience - automated and manual functional. The candidate will have 8+ testing Web Testing experience including testing back-end and front-end testing experience, and must have a minimum of 5 years of proven QTP working experience.
Requirements also include:
- Strong database skills (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent QA Skills (Test Plan, Test Cases, and Test Scripts)
- Strong knowledge of web service testing, test planning, testing methodologies, QA analytical techniques, and software testing tools
- Ability to understand and learn business processes driving application development and enhancements for functional and usability testing
- Experience in all stages of application testing, including functional, usability, regression, and performance testing of web-based applications
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and focused minded with superior work ethics
- Time management skills utilized to effectively prioritize problem resolution tasks and project tasks
- Financial (Banking) services experience is a plus
