| Description: We are seeking a Rich Internet Applications Developer to help build a bleeding-edge consumer cloud media platform. The RIA Developer will be responsible for delivering an innovative, media-driven web experience, working both autonomously and in conjunction with other members of the project team. The client's web interface is a key component in a novel, multi-platform cloud media product. The successful candidate will be joining an established 'skunkworks' project which enjoys the strength and resources of an established organization coupled with the dynamic of a start-up.

Requirements: The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
Candidate Description:
- Expert in Web development from concept to code with an excellent intuition for user interfaces and the user experience
- Self-motivated problem solver with a strong eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and constructively in a small, focused team
- Loves music, familiar with the digital media / music landscape, and a potential user of the product
- Familiarity with Agile methods including test automation, iterative delivery, and continuous integration
Additional Requirements:
- Mastery of one or more of the following technologies: XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery and Flex / ActionScript and can provide a strong portfolio of previous work
- Expert in modern Web frameworks (including Ruby on Rails) and relational databases
- Knowledge of current and emerging Web standards
- Experience with UI test automation tools (Selenium and Watir) is a plus
- Minimum of BS Degree level with a software engineering background
- MS Degree level with a software engineering background is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of development experience
- 10 years of development experience (preferred)
