Description: Our client, located in the Boulder area, is currently looking for a Manager of Financial Reports. This individual will be primarily responsible for preparing internal financial custom reports for executive management. This position owns all aspects of management reporting to various levels of management in order to drive key decision-making and facilitate the delivery of strategic objectives. This person will partner with teams and functional area experts to drive insightful and timely business performance reviews including the company's plan versus actual results, forecast updates, regular communications to senior management, and KPI reporting. This person will lead and contribute to many elements of the annual plan process including tool development for cross functional team participation. They will leverage internal management reporting for crafting external performance story.
Essential Functions:
- Management reporting and analysis - manages business performance analytics and works with Finance Staff to deliver flexible, dynamic, and responsive month and quarter-end insights and analysis across the company * Continuously work to streamline and automate processes
- Own month-end business performance communications to Senior Management
- KPI reporting - own all aspects of producing monthly KPI reports and update metrics to keep pace with changing business needs
- Share performance - integrate / augment market research insights on company share by subcategory and region
- Mix reporting - lead analytics on the impact of changes in mix to the company's price realization and profitability
- Planning and Forecasting - partner with VP of FP/A and Business Teams to develop and manage the company's annual planning process and quarterly forecast process
- Be responsible for producing / coordinating a number of month and quarter-end reports for external reporting purposes as well as leading the efforts on presentations

| Requirements: Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and similar experience with a report writing / business intelligence role. One must have experience with Oracle and preferably with Noetix.
