Description: A growing company in the Phoenix, Arizona Metropolitan area is looking for a Senior Memory IC Test Engineer with solid ATE experience specifically with Advantest.
The responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide engineering support for the company's product line through all phases of test and product development and manufacturing
- Develop test programs on ATE testers
- Coordinate and drive new product qualification and transfer to manufacturing
- Support manufacturing yield enhancement, quality improvement, and cost reduction programs
- Drive root cause analysis of any customer returns or field failures (a plus)

Requirements: The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
- BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5+ years or more of ATE Test engineering experience
- Experience with Advantest Testers is required
- Detailed understanding of diagnostic, product testing, failure analysis, and debugging techniques
- Self starter with strong leadership, communication skills, and demonstrated problem solving ability
- Experience with Memory devices is required such as DRAM, MRAM, and/or SRAM
