| Description: A growing technology company is looking for a Manager of Supplier Quality. The Manager of Supplier Quality establishes and maintains supplier Quality Management System (QMS) processes, plans, and operations to assure the design and manufacturing of the highest quality products to exceed customer requirements. The position is the Quality Assurance representative to the business unit acquisition and divestiture projects for due diligence and transition services.

Requirements: Manager, Supplier Quality Qualifications:
- BS or MS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in an R/D or manufacturing environment with electronic, electro-mechanical, and/or plastic devices
- 2-4 years of management of Supplier Quality
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Communication: ability to communicate effectively in multi-discipline environment and across cultures and levels of organizations
- Project Management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and teams
- Organizational Management: ability to directly manage teams and individuals to achieve high levels of performance
- Medical Device industry experience is desired
Specific Skills / Competencies:
- Certified Lead Auditor (RABQSA, ASQ, or equivalent) with application experience
- Certified Six Sigma (DMAIC) Green Belt is desired; Black Belt (preferred)
- Knowledge of ISO Quality System Standards and FDA Quality System Regulation is desirable
