Requirements: Security Analyst Qualifications:
- Must be a Security Analyst with at least 10 years of experience in Networking and Security
- Must have experience with IDS / IPS (intrusion detection / prevention systems) specifically with Snort and TippingPoint
- Must also have working knowledge and experience in using security tools such as Tenable, Nmap, tcpdump, etc.
- Your scripting experience should include Perl, Python, Shell, and XML
- Some of the tasks include, but are not limited to tuning, running updates, and reviewing changes of the IDS / IPS Systems
