| Description: This role will have ownership of multi-state payroll and will work with ADP. The payroll cycle is bi-monthly and the company expects to be at 250 employees by the end of Q1-2010. They expect payroll to be 50-60% of the role. The other piece of the role will include responsibility for standard journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, sales and use tax, and property taxes.
The payroll Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly payroll (ADP) and taxes in a multi-state payroll environment, and supporting the general accounting and clinical trial accounting function.
