Description: Kforce is looking to fill 2 Business Manager / Business Architect positions for one of our clients in San Antonio, TX. These positions are both 6+ month contracts.
Duties:
- Review documentation regarding specific Business processes, policies, and procedures
- Interview Business owners to determine current as is Business processes
- Document 'as is' Business processes and work flows
- Analyze 'as is' process to make recommendations for process streamlining and improvements
- Develop, refine, and document preliminary to-be process
- Develop Business control plans
- Gather, develop, document, review, and seek approval for project requirements
- Conduct joint application design sessions
- Coordinate and conduct joint application design sessions
- Coordinate and conduct usability sessions
- Coordinate with Business areas for expert evaluation, member experience reviews
- Perform gap analysis
- Perform cost benefit analysis
- Create and communicate change management plans
- Review and approve test cases
- Prioritize testing defects
- Document project close out documents

Requirements: Business Management Qualifications:
- Prior auto insurance, automobile sales / research, or financial services industry experience
- Prior experience designing new Business processes
- Meeting facilitation and experience in gathering Business requirements
- Experience developing cost benefit analysis reports
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, Business processes, and flows
- Demonstrated ability to translate Business processes to applicable requirement types (functional, technical, etc.)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution experience
- Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as required
- Experience briefing all levels of Management
