Requirements: Senior Java Application Engineer Qualifications:
- 8+ years of development experience with Java
- 3+ years of experience in a J2EE Environment using JBoss, WebSphere, or WebLogic
- 3+ years of development experience with Servlets, JSP, XML, Ajax, and JavaScript
- Committed to test-driven development
- Significant contributor on at least three major projects
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts and design patterns
- Strong understanding of Web development performance issues
- Experience with XML, XSLT, and XML Beans
- Familiarity with Persistence Frameworks: Hibernate, JDO or TopLink
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL Databases
- Familiarity with Apache, Tomcat, Struts, and Web Services
