Title:  Customer Conversion Business Analyst

Description:  This resource will coordinate efforts between the Customer Conversion Project Manager and the various BA teams, to ensure all Customer Conversion tasks are completed according to Enterprise Project Management standards. Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze data to determine and communicate potential customer and interdepartmental impact
  • Meet with business stakeholders to ensure their understanding of the conversion process and document potential impacts
  • Coordinate the efforts of all the work streams, planning, and coordinating customer static data clean-up efforts
  • Liaising with Technology Teams for data conversion and validation
  • Create and maintain conversion task lists; assigning appropriate team members to complete
  • Assist with Command Center operations over multiple conversion dates
  • Ensure all BA Teams and Business Stakeholders are kept informed of customer conversion statuses
  • Ensure the Department's compliance with Enterprise standards for customer communication, data validation, testing, conversion activities, etc.
Requirements:  Customer Conversion Business Analyst Qualifications:
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented
  • Able to quickly learn processes and organizational relationships, and apply that knowledge to the task at hand
  • Able to effectively lead a meeting and provide prompt and complete record of meeting content and decisions made
  • Existing knowledge / background in Foreign Exchange or the finance industry (desired)
  • Strong, clear communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written skills
  • SQL skills for queries / data comparisons
  • Ability to synthesize information and format into documentation including condensing large data tables into meaningful business analysis of customer category product usage, revenue, geographical data, etc.
  • Prior experience with large scale project (system conversion, upgrade, etc. preferably in the finance industry)
  • Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Strong Time Management skills required
  • Ability to build relationships with business partners and team members
  • Project Management skills are a plus
