| Description: As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be expected to work on various projects that will leverage your diverse background in Information Technology. The successful candidate will have a solid background in the development of Software Requirements, Use Cases, Test Cases, Cost/ROI Analysis, and Deployment Plans. This is a Techno/Functional role that will require the ability to interview end-users/stake-holders, model workflows/processes, produce requirements documentation, and implement solutions on various Systems. A background in Web 2.0 technologies, CRM tools, and Web Service/Database integration is required. The Business Systems Analyst may also be asked to assist in the Software QA process and lead Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, pride in the quality of work, and the ability to manage time and meet deadlines are critical.

Requirements: Requirements Include:
- 3-4 years of relevant Business Systems Analysis in both technical and functional roles
- 2-3 years of experience producing detailed Software Requirements, Use Cases, Test Cases, and Deployment Plans
- 1-3 years of experience with SQL Server 2005/2008 or equivalent database applications
- 1-3 years of experience with SSRS and SSIS or equivalent Reporting and ETL applications
- Experience with Software QA, Joint application Development (JAD), and agile methodologies is a plus
Education Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or 3 years of equivalent work experience
