Description: Our client is seeking a SEC Reporting Supervisor.
The responsibilities of this position include the following:
- Prepare the monthly and quarterly financial reporting package for external purposes
- Compile all filings required in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission including, but not limited to, the 10-Q and 10-K filings in both an accurate and timely manner
- Oversee the general ledger accounting department
- Monitor, research and ensure compliance with new accounting pronouncements and standards and issued by the regulatory authorities such as the FASB and SEC

| Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will have a public accounting background and experience with SEC reporting, either from a client services perspective or directly from industry. This organization is targeting candidates with 4-7 years of total accounting experience and looking for those with excellent communication skills and a desire to be challenged.
