| Description: We are searching for senior level Web Engineer to consult at the highest technical level with clients and IT management and staffs enterprise-wide on design, planning, integration, implementation, scalability, problem definition and resolution of Web and e-commerce engineering issues involving the interrelated demands of hardware, software, telecommunications, security and control. Also this person consults on tactical topics such as system interfaces, integration of e-commerce with core business systems, systems availability and response targets, customer service and support. This person defines and resolves problems related to widely different platforms, hardware, software, coding structures, communication protocols; works with vendors and common carriers to resolve Web-related issues; and resolves connectivity issues and workflow problems. This person recommends scalable, advanced technologies and methods to integrate Web systems with existing systems, enabling the creation of new Web enterprises or expanding existing business onto the Web. This person consults with staff responsible for determining hardware requirements and communication bandwidth to support projected transaction volumes and response time and system availability targets. This person also keeps abreast of new technological developments; conducts evaluations of new products and vendor proposals.

| Requirements: Strong WebLogic or Websphere Administration with expertise in installation, configuration, tuning, and deploying applications is required. Candidates must have experience with WebLogic Versions 8.x 9.x & 10.x or Websphere 5.1.x, 6.x.; experience in supporting WebLogic or Websphere Servers in a Cluster solution for High Availability, Load balancing and fail over support; and expert experience in WLST, Jython and ANT scripting to automate and monitor WebLogic or WebSphere routine tasks. Candidates must also have the ability to create build documents, installation and troubleshooting guides as required. Knowledge of Web Security tools is required: LDAP Server, SSL Certificates, GPOs, Active Directory. Troubleshooting experience of a middleware applications, use of log files, and process monitors is required. Candidates must have good working knowledge of Monitoring Tools such as Introscope, HP OPENVIEW, BMC Patrol. Experience in networking, TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS, DHCP is required. Excellent communication, relationship building and client partnering skills are required (must be able to be understood by others).
Experience working in high-pressure, enterprise-class environment is preferred. Experience with https servers such as Iplanet, Sunone, Apache, IIS; and the ability to troubleshoot and debug problems with http servers is required. Candidates must have experience with monitoring and integrating application with Wily Intrascope, and LoadRunner.
