| Description: As a Sr. Program Manager for the company's Supply Chain Management team, you will proactively ensure customer supply well being and manage recovery plans to close potential supply demand gaps. Responsibilities include coordinating the supply chain response to strategic customer demands, holding periodic reviews with sales, manufacturing and the business unit leadership. This Program Manager will actively evaluate solutions, plan, and then execute key business objectives. Successful applicants must be able to quickly identify key supply chain issues across a broad range of areas and effectively communicate recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements: Requirements Include:
- 5-10 years of supply chain or program management experience. An MBA is a plus
- Must be able to manage multiple projects across geographically disbursed teams
- Experience in the Semiconductor industry is highly desired
- Strong Communication Skills is required. Must be able to lead disparate group without having direct reports. Effectively communicate with Executive management is required. Strong presentation skills required. Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented, excellent communication at all levels within the organization, multi-tasking skills, and strong analytical skills. Must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proven results in driving business process changes
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic SQL knowledge is a plus
