Description: Senior Lean Six Sigma Black Belts are highly trained Lean Six Sigma experts. Our client's Black Belts specialize in transactional Six Sigma, the application of Lean Six Sigma to health care, and pharmaceutical processes. Senior Black Belts are the leaders and mentors to the consulting team with regard to performing detailed tasks.
Additionally, this The Senior Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will also possess a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and recognized training organization as well as five years experience implementing Six Sigma or other Quality solutions.
Some of the activities performed by the Senior Lean Six Sigma Black Belt include:
- Control charts
- Cost analysis and estimating
- Customer satisfaction analysis, data analysis, and data transformation
- Defect analysis and defect reduction
- Design for six sigma, DFSS, and DMAIC
- Evaluation
- Lean six sigma, metrics design, organizational assessment, and organizational evaluation
- Performance analysis, evaluation, and management
- Process automation, engineering, improvement, management, and portfolio management
- Quality consulting, quality control, quality function deployment, and quality improvement
- Simulation, SPC, SQC, statistical analysis, statistical process control, statistical quality control, and transactional six sigma

Requirements: Six Sigma Black Belt Qualifications:
- More than five years of experience in the entire Six Sigma methodology in numerous environments
- Senior Black Belts will possess knowledge and experience in related operations excellence methods such as Baldrige and CMMi
- A BA or an MBA is preferred
Certification Requirements:
- ASQ Black Belt Certification
- RN Certification (preferred)
