| Description: This is an exciting opportunity at a rapidly growing Investment Banking/Restructuring Firm. Our client, a New York City based boutique restructuring advisor, is looking for a restructuring professional with 10+ years of experience focusing principally on corporate restructuring and distressed asset transactions. The Investment Banking professional needs to effectively source, manage and execute deals by leveraging their relationships with various financial institutions. The candidate needs to be a self-starter and feel comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial setting.

Requirements: The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
- 10+ years of work experience in debt restructurings and business turnarounds
- MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP, or CIRA is preferred
- Experience with all aspects of restructuring, including Chapter 11 proceedings
- US bankruptcy experience is preferred
