Description: As the Site Support Technician, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities and tasks:
- Perform the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of Microsoft Windows based personal computers, servers, and related systems
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure, hardware and software support for personal computer (desktop and laptop) systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, server, and network issues in a heterogeneous environment
- Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment
- Assist in determining suitable hardware and software to meet user requirements
- Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisition and upgrades
- May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects
- May conduct training designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications
- Often leads or supervises the activities of other non-exempt personnel

Requirements: The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to quickly and accurately diagnose computer hardware and software problems
- Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
- High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience
- Current MCSE, A+, and Net+ certifications are desirable
- Must be US Citizen
