Title:  Helpdesk Analyst

Description:  Kforce is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to provide technical customer support through telephone, e-mail and Web Meetings to the IT Departments of our client's clients. You will be interacting, regarding the technical specifications of software, with corporations who are considering the applications for purchase. You will be documenting and tracking client support requests in our client's CRM System as well as documenting software technical specifications and other technical attributes surrounding the application. Handle the completion of vendor supplied technical documentation such as RFPs, RFIs, etc.
Requirements:  Helpdesk Analyst Qualifications:
  • One year of experience working with Citrix and Oracle
  • HTML experience is preferred
  • You will not initially face customers; only after training and on the job experience
