Title:  Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location:  Taunton, MA

Compensation:  $16.00 to $16.00 per Hour

Description:  We are currently recruiting for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in Taunton, MA. This is a 2nd Shift position (2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday) requiring you to work one Saturday per month.
Requirements:  The qualified candidate will have experience working in a fast paced, customer focused call center, have strong attention to detail, excellent telephone demeanor, and be able to work well with minimal supervision. Specific Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a 'CALL CENTER' environment
  • Must be able to work 2:30-11:00, Monday-Friday, and one Saturday per month (with one day off during the week)
  • Must be bilingual
