Requirements: Absolute essentials are as follows:
- Must pass a credit, background, and drug test
- 5-7 years of experience in mortgage servicing, investor relations, investor sales, investor accounting, investor reporting, etc.
- Familiar with federal and state investor guidelines
- Selling loans to investors
- Experience working in a secondary market
- Experience with home equity consumer loans
- College Degree
- FICS is preferred
