Description: In this role, you will provide administrative support to two senior directors, assist with their heavy travel arrangements, and assist with calendar management using MS Outlook.
Duties include:
- Coordinate and schedule travel to include air, hotel and ground transportation.
- Field all incoming phone calls and handle or redirect as appropriate.
- Maintain calendars, set up meetings. Maintain files and copying.
- Coordinate internal meeting logistics (e.g., facilities, audio-visual requirements and food services).
- Thoroughly learning company operations, policies and procedures

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude and be self-motivated. As the successful applicant, you will possess the following requirements:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- 3-5 years of prior administrative experience
- Superior computer skills, including: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Keyboarding skills and experience learning and utilizing a variety of software applications
- Good knowledge of general office practice
- Strong MS Outlook for managing constantly changing calendars
- Previous experience handling all details of travel arrangements
- Ability to type at the rate of no less than 50 words per minute
- Strong oral and written skills; ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of people in person, via telephone, and in writing
- Ability to work independently, follow direction with meticulous attention to detail, and produce work which does not require rechecking
