Description:  Our client is seeking a Customer Service Analyst. This person will resolve computer problems by providing in person assistance to end-users when the help desk is unable to address their software or hardware technical issue(s). Technical knowledge in hardware and software as well as troubleshooting and customer contact skills is required. Candidates may provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. This person may include some server support but candidate strength is hands on desktop support. This person should be able to set up various stations, printers, phones, internet access, and assist with various migrations. Responsibilities include Hardware Break/fix repairs, Workstation imaging, Scripting and IMACD support installations, move, add, chg, de-install support.
Requirements:  Knowledge of Microsoft XP operating systems, Lotus notes and Novell client are preferred. Candidates must be able to work independently. Knowledge of Norton Ghost imaging is a plus.
