| Description: A global financial services firm with investment, research, banking, finance, insurance, and other businesses is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer in Jersey City. They would prefer have strong fixed income background/knowledge, but financial services experience is acceptable.

Requirements: Requirements Include:
- Good structured design and development skills in the areas of Oracle SQL, PLSQL database, and Java packages, functions, stored procedures, exception handling and batch job scheduling. An understanding of complex data transformation from multiple sources is needed
- Strong knowledge of Unix Shell scripting
- Proficiency with scheduling systems such as Autosys
- Good understanding of Oracle 10G features
- Must have excellent communication skills, and be able do to multi-task
- They must be able to stand alone both from a development standpoint and working with the LOB
