Description: This role involves production support of company casino systems (Galaxis, Oasis, and arcade systems included). The Casino Systems Support Engineer will:
- Be assigned as resource for shipboard projects (upgrades, new builds, and enhancements)
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing
- Test and certify version updates received from system vendor
- Perform production support for other company systems/applications
- Provide ongoing maintenance and internal ownership of system
- Maintain roadmaps, analyze support trends, etc.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in supporting packaged applications
- Experience with casino systems
- Analytical skills
- Incident/Problem resolution skills
- Experience with MS BizTalk
- Experience with MS SQL
- Experience with Linux
- Cruise industry experience preferred
- 2 to 3 years of field experience
