Requirements: Specific Requirements (required unless noted otherwise):
- Proven telephone IT support experience
- Experience working with support call-tracking systems
- Proven experience supporting both MS Shrink Wrapped applications as well as custom software applications
- MS Certification is a big plus
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
