Description: The Telecom/Voice Engineer is responsible for the deployment and support voice technology and services for global organization. The candidate should have experience with Cisco implementations of Unified Communications Manager, Unity Unified Messaging, and Gateways. In this position, you will join the Global Network Communications Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for deployment and support of voice solutions. The position is recognized as integral to both revenue generating and operationally efficient functions of the company.

- End User FAQ s and Technical Communications
- Technical Documentation and instruction of junior staff

Requirements: Basic Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, 2 years experience in voice networking
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager deployment and support experience
- Cisco Unity Unified Messaging deployment and support experience
- Cisco Voice Gateways deployment and support experience
- Cisco Unified Border Element deployment and support experience
- H.323 and SIP deployment and support experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a computer related field
- Data networking knowledge
- Cisco Voice Certifications, CCNA and CCVP
- Rightfax and VMWare deployment and support experience
- Cisco Unified MeetingPlace deployment and support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (technical documentation and client communication)
- Understanding of network security concepts
- Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
- Ability to perform problem isolation within LAN/WAN Networks
