Title:  Revenue Cycle Trainer
Location:  Indianapolis, IN
Job Type:  Direct Hire
Compensation:  $55,000.00 to $72,000.00 per Year

Description:  This position is responsible for training and assisting with the development of associates to optimize their personal performance in the areas of productivity, meeting, and exceeding customer expectations, revenue production, and fulfillment of core values. The incumbent will share the objective and measurable goals of the associates trained and coached as well as revenue production goals which exceed 25M per year. The Performance Trainer must continually demonstrate the Philosophies and Core Values of our client's Ascension Health and in the performance of duties.
Requirements:  Revenue Cycle Trainer Qualifications:
  • A minimum five years of successful job related experience (required) with demonstrated growth in responsibility and accountability
  • Two years of training and coaching experience with objective and measurable performance outcomes
  • Two years of Revenue Cycle Operations experience (preferred)
Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education with emphasis on adult learning principles or a degree in another field with a minimum of two years of training and coaching experience
Special Training:
  • This Performance Trainer must be a subject matter expert and fully competent on the positions for which training is delivered
  • Proficiency on a minimum of two positions is required with expectation that this will increase to a minimum of 4 positions over a period of 3 to 4 years

  • Ability to develop and administer tools to evaluate knowledge transfer and trainee competency
