| Description: An established client in Grand Rapids is searching for a Brand Development Manager to join their team on a direct-hire basis. A strong marketing as well as product development / management background is required. This position will be responsible to develop new products, develop marketing strategy by product line, manage new product launch, market research; customer presentations, lead cross functional teams, communicate and lead supply chain and sales as necessary, and coordinate and implement new business strategy. This position will be responsible to develop strategic planning and decision making to ultimately enable the company to be key supplier in their industry. Must be able to work with diverse teams and travel up to 25%.

| Requirements: Candidates must be able to work with diverse teams and travel up to 25%. 5+ years of product management and strategic planning, 3+ years of supervisory experience, Bachelor's Degree, strong presentation organization and communication skills, project management background, and MS office proficiency are required.
