Description: Our client is seeking an Internet Development/Publisher for Business Development. This person performs quality control checks on proposals, manuals, company forms, and delivers presentations to ensure a high standard of quality.
The responsibilities and duties of this position include but are not limited to:
- Produces printer-ready text and graphics
- Delivers high quality work pertaining to all printed documents
- Edits typed material for grammatical, usage and spelling accuracy
- Assists other publication specialists as needed in preparation of materials
- Proofreads corrected and/or modified materials from assigned department
- Provides administrative support to assigned department
- Produces print ready art and text documents
- Other duties as assigned
- Formats text and graphics with various software applications for proposals and/or publications
- Imports from word processing software and reformats to enhance design characteristics
- Manipulates text and graphics to accommodate a wide range of design specifications
- Creates documents and graphic designs for customers
- Processes material requisitions, interdepartmental communications, timesheets, filing, and inventory control
- Maintains proposal library filing and maintenance
- Oversees format text and graphics with various software applications for proposals and/or other publications
- Provides editorial support such as research, inquiries, correspondences, information request, fact confirmation, and obtaining reprint material
- Ensures job requirements are to company's standards and customer satisfaction
- Creates graphic designs, edits, and performs other related functions in the preparation of publications
- Maintains log for proposal security to keep track of proposals and documentation support

Requirements: Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency with desktop publishing software and Microsoft applications
