Description:  This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to add value to a growing business in the wireless device testing space. The Technical Sales Engineer will be the primary liaison to technical teams at our clients communicating the results of company services testing and acting a key partner in bringing new devices to market for our carrier clients. Working with the company account and operations teams, the Technical Sales Engineer is the primary client of Company Operations deliverables and acts as the voice of the Sales with internal Company staff. The Technical Sales Engineer is a client focused individual, capable of bridging the gap between customer requirements and multiple competing demands of the company's business.
Requirements:  The candidate must have demonstrated wireless engineering experience, preferably dealing with handset terminals across a variety of device platforms. You must be a team player with the capacity and desire to learn new things, combined with excellent written and oral communication skills. As the subject matter expert for Company testing, the selected candidate will need to interact directly with clients seeking in-depth understanding of the scope of company testing. You will be expected to create PowerPoint presentations, author white papers, and field test documents to communicate the results/goals of company testing to a technical audience. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (EE or MS preferred) plus 3-8 years of directly relevant experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (please provide examples)
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in a client facing technical role- must possess both technical and commercial acumen
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work on and keep track of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Typically 3+ years of proven engineering responsibility
