The Westlake Village office has a very talented team and has a solid book of business. Our Westlake Village office is seeking a strong staffing Account Manager for the Technology team that has learned to build a book of business in this industry. As a new business development associate, the goal is for you to break into target accounts established with your management and team.
You will be responsible for selling Kforce's staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of Technical professionals (entry level to CIOs). You must be able to work closely with a team of recruiters that are consistently interviewing candidates for the roles you're bringing in. Once you bring in the need you will be responsible to delegate the need to the established recruiters on your team that will then match and qualify the best candidates which you will then present to your client.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cold calling
- Client visits
- Client presentations
- Identifying potential decision makers and build out org charts
- Establishing contact relationships
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Completing company and department profiles

| Requirements: If you are truly a sales motivated person that wants to truly take their career to the next level this is an awesome opportunity!
To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of experience in the staffing arena, be self motivated, and possess a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations. The ability to proficiently handle difficult client negotiations with professionalism and respect is essential, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
