| Description: In a Real Estate Fulfillment Center, perform original documentation audit including notes, Insurance, HUD, TIL, ACH, Application, DEED, and BPP coverage. Be responsible for contacting internal and external customers to correct closing issues and system discrepancies. This is a production driven role and this person will need to be able to meet goals that are given to them.

Requirements: Mortgage Loan Processor / Closer Qualifications:
- One or more years of mortgage experience
- Some positions will require FHA/VA experience
- Must be able to process FHA and conventional loans
- Processing experience is needed to draw documents, funds, and ship closed files
- Good verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- A good problem solver
- Computer literate and proficient in 10-key
- Professional, trustworthy, and reliable
- Proficient with Excel and Word
- Good written and oral communication skills
