| Description: Our client is seeking a Loan Processor for a 6 month+ long-term / open-ended contract position in the consumer real estate fulfillment center. There are permanent needs; and permanent employment is definitely a possibility.
This person makes the decision on loan applications up to the conforming loan limits; typically on one-unit properties; verifies customer income documentation; and resolves routine title issues including, but not limited to the following: vesting issues, child support liens, judgment liens, mechanic liens, undisclosed liens re-conveyances; and process subordinations. The Processor resolves appraisal disputes and executes closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process. This person maintains a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers, banking center associates, realtors, etc.

| Requirements: A High School Diploma / GED is required. Candidates must have 2-3 years of RECENT loan processing experience. 1 year of FHA / VA / Government Loan experience is mandatory. Please DO NOT Apply if you do not have mortgage banking experience.
