Description: This Analyst would need the ability to write / review test scripts, plan test strategy, etc. The Analyst needs the ability to drive project work and be a self-starter.
Complete Description:
- Should be familiar with the SDLC and have experience on both the requirements and testing side of the house
- Ability to document technical requirements / scripts
- Requirements analysis space
- Our client has a very large project that flows into 2010 which would require a lead to shepherd analysis work being doing throughout the life cycle, coordinating across other systems areas and with their business partners; as well as writing requirements for the project
- Coordination includes documenting milestones / work planning and acting as a liaison between impacted parties for the project to make sure everyone involved is getting their portion of the project done in order to hit a planned release date
- Should be able to drive processes and best practices into the project work as well
Under general direction, lead a team responsible for carrying out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end user requirements. Lead a team that is responsible for all aspects of the testing lifecycle including analyzing and testing software to ensure proper operation and freedom of defects. Report progress on QA activities to senior management, assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs, and provide direction and monitoring for the work of team members.

Requirements: Behavior Characteristics:
- Six years of experience in a quality assurance and testing environment
- Project management experience is preferred
- Must be able to document technical requirements / scripts
- Commercial Lines experience
