Title:  Customer Service Representative

Job Type:  Contract
Compensation:  $11.00 to $12.00 per Hour

Description:  This person will be performing as an entry-level case Manager. This person will be responsible for managing a block of standard disability claims. This person will review and update customer records on computerized database; resolve problems and refer to responsible parties; and perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication. Requirements:  Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
  • College-level education or equivalent relevant experience
  • A minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Superior oral communications skills on the telephone
  • Good written communication skills
  • Problem solving ability and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
