| Description: This person will be performing as an entry-level case Manager. This person will be responsible for managing a block of standard disability claims. This person will review and update customer records on computerized database; resolve problems and refer to responsible parties; and perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication. Requirements: Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- College-level education or equivalent relevant experience
- A minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Superior oral communications skills on the telephone
- Good written communication skills
- Problem solving ability and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
