Description:  Kforce is seeking a candidate for the following position of a general Office Clerk. The Logistics Coordinator Manager would like to hire quickly; and start the selected candidate by 10/19. You must be available to interview this week. Functions Include:
  • Customer service related telephone calls
  • Show Fulfillment Packets (copies and overnight shipment)
  • Perform clerical help as needed
  • Budget entries and provide invoice follow-up
  • AMEX -P- Card Coding
  • Update a show schedule for the Intranet '09 and update 2010
  • Provide assistance with show bookings and research (sponsorship and speaking opportunities)
  • Provide coordination of collaterals for each show
  • Provide assistance with overview preparation
  • Overnight and FedEx packaging of shipments
  • Place Skyline Orders
  • Requisition Invoices (AMEX and Skyline)
  • Provide clerical help with Logistic Ordering
  • Send letters to vendors
  • Make telephone calls
  • Fax and follow-up confirmation calls

Requirements:  The selected General Clerk III must be well organized and have good skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,
