Description: Kforce is seeking a candidate for the following position of a general Office Clerk. The Logistics Coordinator Manager would like to hire quickly; and start the selected candidate by 10/19. You must be available to interview this week.
Functions Include:
- Customer service related telephone calls
- Show Fulfillment Packets (copies and overnight shipment)
- Perform clerical help as needed
- Budget entries and provide invoice follow-up
- AMEX -P- Card Coding
- Update a show schedule for the Intranet '09 and update 2010
- Provide assistance with show bookings and research (sponsorship and speaking opportunities)
- Provide coordination of collaterals for each show
- Provide assistance with overview preparation
- Overnight and FedEx packaging of shipments
- Place Skyline Orders
- Requisition Invoices (AMEX and Skyline)
- Provide clerical help with Logistic Ordering
- Send letters to vendors
- Make telephone calls
- Fax and follow-up confirmation calls
