Title:  Customer Service Representative
Location:  New Castle, PA
Job Type:  Contract
Compensation:  $12.00 to $12.00 per Hour

Description:  This person will research and respond to customer inquiries; review and update customer records on computerized data base; and resolve problems and refer to responsible parties. This person will perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication. The responsibilities of this position include the following:
  • 30 hours per week (5 days, 4-8 hour shifts) Schedule given 3 weeks in advance
  • Working every Saturday and Sunday
  • Start time no earlier than 12pm and up until 11pm
  • The call center is open 365 days a year so employees will work some holidays
Requirements:  The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
  • College level education or equivalent, relevant experience
  • Superior oral communications skills on the telephone
  • Good written communication skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases
  • A minimum of 6 months of Call Center Customer Service experience
