Description: The Senior Implementation Specialist will be the customer (member bank) facing Project Manager for any assigned projects in the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The primary focus will be Latin America, so Spanish speaking is required. These projects are for member banks connected directly to the company, so a background that includes TCP/IP and mainframe operations is also needed. Projects include any applications that touch member banks including ATM's, cardholders, or applications directly used by the member banks.
Major Accountabilities:
- Coordinate implementation and testing of products and services for new and existing members
- Provide general technical support and detailed knowledge of hardware, software, products, and services
- Participate in product development to ensure member implementation feasibility and efficiency
- Serve as a liaison between technical and managerial staff
- Coordinate activities, project assignments, problem resolution, and reporting
- Design, develop, test, and implement new member tools, training, and documentation
- Participate in beta projects as necessary
- May assume role of primary technical advisor to management on emerging technologies that could impact new developments, enhancements to ongoing or planned projects, or chronic complex problem resolution
- May recommend future directions or projects

| Requirements: Candidates must have 5-7 years of project management experience. They must also have payment industry, banking, or financial industry experience. The candidate must be able to speak Spanish as well as English. Advanced knowledge of data processing standards and financial industry/banking operations practices is needed, as well as extensive knowledge of relevant host operating system environments, communication protocols, and member applications, technically proficient in multiple corporate applications. This role also requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
