| Description: Our client is looking for successful, fiscally motivated, energetic individuals to join their sales force. In this role, you will follow-up on warm leads across the country while selling their services. This is a permanent inside sales and customer service position in one of San Diego's fastest growing companies (San Diego Business Journal, September 2008).
This position is located in Rancho Bernardo, a suburb of San Diego. Hours are 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday. | Requirements: Qualified individuals must be motivated by meeting pre-determined metrics, possess strong candidate closing skills and be able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude. Ideal candidates will have previous experience with either sales or recruiting. A minimum of an Associate's Degree or 30 credit hours completed is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
