Description: Our top national financial services client company is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. All of the following bilingual candidates in the following languages with the required skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Shifts will vary as this is a central operation location. We are asking candidates to be flexible with schedules; hours will be determined according to specific needs from 5:00am-8:00pm, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday-Sunday.

Job Duties:
- Assist customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via telephone and/or other correspondence
- Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures
- Use a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
- May research issues or transfer to a research function
- Generally, CS Representatives have more than 1 year of experience

Requirements: Skills Required:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment
- Requires advanced knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services
- Must have good communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attendance records
- Teamwork abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Telephone handling skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
