We are looking to fill the current opening: Account Executive - Finance/Accounting If you would like to work with an industry leader, our office in Indianapolis, IN is looking for driven individual for the Finance & Accounting division. In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for:
  • Selling Kforce's staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of Finance/Accounting professionals
  • Identifying, cultivating, and growing accounts
  • Developing value-driven presentations for delivery during the client visit
  • Calling on prospective clients at client locations to obtain and/or close agreements for services
  • Regularly calling on existing clients to identify new hiring managers at client locations to obtain and/or close agreements for services
  • Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conducting market research and qualifies/classifies target accounts within local geography
  • Keeping abreast of market dynamics and trends within specific market and region and forecasts client demands
  • Selecting and employing appropriate account development strategies

  • At least a year of experience in business-to-business sales (preferably in the staffing industry but could be in a product or service sales environment)
  • Self motivation and a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations
  • Great personality / desire to sell and cold call
  • BA/BS degree (Mandatory)
