As a Direct Hire Recruiter, you will manage two distinct pieces of the Staffing business. You will develop long term relationships with local clients and be responsible for identifying top talent for those clients. If you have a unique ability to develop strong relationships with business professionals and be effective at persuading and influencing Senior Level Management; you may be a perfect fit. You will be expected to develop relationships with C-Level executives like CFOs, CEOs, and Presidents. To these professionals, you will provide consultation regarding their organizational structures and make any necessary recommendations to their job specifications and requirements. Executive Recruiters must take the time to understand their candidates' career aspirations and professional goals to effectively match those needs with the needs of Kforce clients. Consequently, this position will require a well-organized professional who is money motivated and is driven by excellence!
Requirements:  All eligible candidates must have a college degree. CPA, Big 4 experience, and/or a MBA are preferred but not necessary. A minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience is needed; and recruiting or sales experience strongly preferred. We will also consider professionals with outside sales or candidates with a sound understanding of accounting or finance. Candidates should possess the following interpersonal skills: the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives, strong business acumen, professionalism, personal integrity, a strong commitment to achieve success, the ability to build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period of time, and strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
