We are looking to fill the current opening: Account Executive - Finance / Accounting. If you would like to work with an industry leader, our office in Iselin, NJ is looking for driven individual for our Finance and Accounting Division.
In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for:
- Selling Kforce's staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of Finance / Accounting professionals
- Identifying, cultivating, and growing accounts
- Developing value-driven presentations for delivery during the client visit
- Calling on prospective clients at client locations to obtain and/or close agreements for services
- Regularly calling on existing clients to identify new hiring managers at client locations to obtain and/or close agreements for services
- Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conducting market research and qualifies/classifies target accounts within local geography
- Keeping abreast of market dynamics and trends within specific market and region and forecasts client demands
- Selecting and employing appropriate account development strategies

Requirements: To be considered, you must have:
- At least a year of experience in business-to-business sales (preferably in the staffing industry but could be in a product or service sales environment)
- Self motivation and a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations
- Great personality / desire to sell and cold call
- BA / BS Degree (mandatory)
